Roots Run Deep Run Club and the Ancestral Strength Workout Challenge are free, community-based experiences.
Group Strength Training (3:1) is available as both single-session drop-ins and long-term training containers. Group Training “free agents” may purchase a 3-month package or sign up for a monthly subscription directly from the scheduler for significant savings.
Folks interested in personal training (1:1 or 2:1) or creating their own small group (3:1), are encouraged to click the Training Inquiry tab to apply for a 3-month package or monthly subscription. 3-month packages and monthly subscriptions provide structured programming, accountability, a complientary 1:1 session, and meaningful savings.
